Updated Electronic Device Policy:
- Please turn off and then turn in your cell phone or any communication enabled device to the TD before entering the tournament hall.
- This is an anti-cheating measure to protect players and the integrity of the game.
- This policy will be applicable to only our weekend long championship tournaments (approx 5 times a year).
- You may retrieve your cell phone when your game is over.
- If you are caught with a second phone anywhere inside or outside of the premises, you will be immediately forfeited the current game and withdrawn from the tournament.
- Participation in this event means you agree to a search of your possessions, clothing and body upon request by a tournament director if there is any suspicion of cheating. Random checks may occur. Refusal of a search is an indication of cheating and will result in immediate withdrawal from the event.
- You may not leave the building during a round while playing unless you have the TD's permission. Ask before you leave!
