This program is still in its construction stage. But here's a tidbit for now:

$500 Make-a-Master Sponsorship Award for 2018

1. Must be a current member of USCF and The Chess Refinery
2. Must have competed in at least 12 rated tournaments at The Chess Refinery during 2018
3. Must use award towards an EF or related travel expense to a tournament either domestically within the US or internationally
4. Must not have ever previously hit a 2200 rating in USCF or FIDE
5. Must register with us for consideration as a recipient of this award.
6. This award will go to a current expert player who has had the highest rating increase in the year of 2018.
   
   1. i.e. player A was 2015 and achieves 2208 rating, player B was 2009 and achieves 2200, player C was 1978 and makes master
   2. this award will go to player A
