Terms & Conditions: This event is open only to players age 18 and under who are currently enrolled in school or are homeschooled (grades K–12). By registering, I confirm that I have read and understand the refund policy. I acknowledge that tournament staff and volunteers are not responsible for supervising my child, and I agree to be present—or to designate a responsible adult/guardian to be present—for the full duration of the event. Players who behave in a disruptive or inappropriate manner may be removed from the tournament and/or denied participation in future rounds. I understand that video, photo, and audio recordings may be taken during the event and used for promotional purposes or to resolve disputes, and that all such media are the property of the organizer.

Refund Policy: If requested via text message to 281.698.0068 (using the cell phone used upon registration) no later than Tuesday August 11th, a flat $12 partial refund will be issued. All other requests afterwards will not be refunded. Confirmation must be provided by the organizer upon sending the text.
