Your tournament meals will be prepared by Stalla Pasha, owner and chef of The Platinum Spoon, a Houston-area private gourmet chef service.

Stalla previously owned and operated Stalla's Greek Grill near 290 & 610 for 13 years, until the restaurant closed during COVID. She now provides private gourmet food service, specializing in events including realtor open houses.
