Where to Park
The only guaranteed open entry to the venue is through the hotel entrance located near the BROWN garage.
Mall entrances may NOT be open and accessible.

There is only ONE street (West Alabama) that will get you to the WESTIN Galleria. Keep in mind, do NOT go to WESTIN Oaks. That is an entirely different hotel. West Alabama is a one-way street. When you turn onto West Alabama, stick to the far left lane. 1st garage you see will be the BROWN garage, after you pass that you can pull into the curved driveway of the WESTIN hotel lobby for drop offs. If you pass up the lobby area, next best garage to use is the ORANGE garage. See Option Three below for the only 'guaranteed to be open 24x7' entrance to the hotel.
OPTION ONE:
For the shortest walk, park in the ORANGE garage. See video below. Find level 2.5, Zone O, look for the parking entrance in pictures below, go thru the long hallway, and look for the "glass doors" for the Westin hotel. It's across from Auntie Anne's pretzels. There are 2 sets of glass doors. Both indicate that you will need a hotel keycard. However, the RIGHT set of doors will open, IF you stand really close to the glass. It will automatically open without a keycard. Go straight to the elevator, select floor 4. There is one major drawback to this parking option. This entrance should be open by 830am. At the end of the day, if you need to leave AFTER mall closing hours, the exit door to the garage will not open. It will be locked. You will need to go another route back to the car. Follow the routing under option 2 to access the Orange garage another way.

OPTION TWO:
For a good ALL DAY option, park in the ORANGE garage, but find the entrance nearest to this stairwell below. It should be open by 8am for access. It's at LEVEL ONE, ZONE N, Stairwell#17. Enter the mall, to your left will be GAP, hang a left and head straight towards the signage that shows WESTIN GALLERIA. It's sort of hidden behind the escalators. Go thru the glass doors on the right, head up the elevator to floor 4.

OPTION THREE:
The BROWN garage will lead you straight to the hotel lobby. It feels sort of like an 'underground' access tunnel. See video below. This option is best if there are spots open on street level. Try your best to find a spot on the very first level as it can be tricky to find the right stairwell to get to that underground area from other levels.
